2. Eligibility

Commitment is a two-way street
Fitness results require consistency, honest communication, and trust in the process. We commit to delivering a science-backed, personalised program. You commit to showing up, following the plan, and communicating openly. Results depend on your effort, adherence, and individual physiology — not just the program alone.
We reserve the right to modify your program during the coaching period based on your progress, feedback, or health changes. Any such modifications are made in your best interest.
We also reserve the right to discontinue coaching with a client if the relationship becomes non-functional, if there is a consistent failure to engage, or if the client's conduct is disrespectful or abusive.
4. Digital products
Our digital products — including PDF guides, workout plans, nutrition templates, and educational resources — are delivered electronically upon successful payment.
