Hustle Frolic is a fitness coaching and education brand operated by Deepak as a sole proprietorship, based in New Delhi, India. We operate through our website hustlefrolic.com and related platforms.

2. What information we collect
We collect information in two ways — what you provide directly, and what is gathered automatically when you use our website.
Information you give us:
Full name, email address, and phone number (via enquiry forms, our fitness calculators, or newsletter sign-ups)
Health and fitness data — including current fitness level, goals, injuries, medical conditions, dietary preferences, and lifestyle details — submitted through our coaching intake and onboarding forms
Details you enter into our fitness calculators (such as age, sex, height, weight, activity level and goal) and the results we calculate for you
If you choose "Continue with Google": your name, email address and Google account ID, shared with us by Google
Payment information processed through external payment links (Razorpay, Instamojo, or similar)
Communications you send us — emails, WhatsApp messages, or form submissions
Information collected automatically:
Browser type, device, and IP address (we store your IP address only in a scrambled, hashed form that cannot be turned back into the original address)
Pages visited, time spent, and navigation behaviour via cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Referring URL and general location (country/city level)
After you submit a form or sign up, the pages and calculators you use on our website are linked to your record, along with the website or campaign that first brought you to us
3. Why we collect your data
To deliver personalised coaching, workout plans, and nutrition guidance tailored to your health profile
To process your payments and send purchase confirmations and receipts
To respond to enquiries, onboard new clients, and manage ongoing coaching relationships
To calculate and show your calculator results, and to save them so you can see them again
To send you fitness tips, program updates, and relevant content (only if you have opted in)
To improve our website, content, and services based on usage patterns
To protect our forms from spam, bots and abuse
To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations
A note on health data
Health and fitness information you share is treated with the highest level of care. It is used solely to design your personalised program and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
4. How we store and protect your data
Your data is stored on secure servers. Our website is hosted on Hostinger with SSL encryption enabled. Payment transactions are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors — we do not store your card details on our servers.
Health and coaching data shared via forms or email is stored in password-protected systems accessible only to Deepak and directly authorised team members, if any.
While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
How long we keep your data
We keep your enquiry, calculator and sign-up data for as long as you stay in touch with us, and delete it within 3 years of your last activity, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, payment records for tax purposes).
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data with:
Payment processors (Razorpay, Instamojo, or similar) solely to complete transactions
Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or similar) to send newsletters you have opted into
Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) in anonymised, aggregated form
Cloudflare (Turnstile), which checks that form submissions come from a real person and not a bot
Google, if you choose to sign in with your Google account
Calendly, when you book a consultation call through our booking calendar
Legal authorities if required by Indian law or a valid court order
All third-party service providers we work with are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to improve your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our website. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

A session cookie and a security cookie (XSRF-TOKEN) that keep the website and its forms working
hf_lead, which remembers you for up to 1 year after you sign up, so you don't have to enter your details again each time you use a calculator
Analytics cookies, only if we use an analytics tool such as Google Analytics

Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal and contractual obligations)
Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email we send
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you also have the right to:
Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
Withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent: tell us, or use the unsubscribe link. We then stop using your data for that purpose and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it
Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so
Have your complaint (grievance) resolved by us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India

8. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
